The quickest and easiest way to return your order is by bringing your order confirmation email or purchase receipt and the item to our North Charleston location. Items can also be returned by mail. 

• Returns and exchanges can be made up to thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. 
• If it has been more than thirty (30) days from the purchase date, you may receive a gift card for the current value of the item plus tax. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item. Orders purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card. Orders returned to a store without an order confirmation email will be refunded to a gift card for the store’s lowest selling price. 
• Items returned must be in the same condition as it was sold. 
• See Wee Homes only refund shipping charges for damaged orders. All other shipping charges are non-refundable. Clearance merchandise and any items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or exchanged.
• We will email you when we get your return to let you know when to expect your refund.

Delivery Time and Cost :

• Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days.
• All orders over $400 will require a signature. (Please note this may affect estimated delivery items.)
• Sorry at this time we cannot ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or FPO/APO addresses.
• Must provide a physical address, we cannot ship to a PO Boxes.
• Shipping times are estimated and are based on orders placed by Noon EST.
• A business day is Monday-Friday excluding federal holidays.
• USPS First-Class Mail Parcel Delivery in 1-3 business days
• USPS Retail Ground Delivery in 2-8 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express Overnight delivery to most U.S. locations 

Local Pick Ups: 

• If your bill to address is within 30 miles from our location, you will get a local pick up option in the shipping section. If you are outside of this 30 mile radius, you will not get a pick up option. Your order will be ready next business day. (Example: You place an order for local pick up on a Friday, your order will be ready on Monday.
